Full Turnkey – Design Supply Installation Test Commision Maintenance
Delta ‘T’s core service is the complete system installation. Working directly with clients to offer the optimum solution, installation is carried out by in-house specialist installation engineers, detailed as builts are issued after project completion with a full system aftercare program available to ensure maximum operational efficiency for years to come.
Audits
Annual audits of existing on site systems, regardless of age or type. A comprehensive diagnostic report is issued after each audit, highlighting any recommendations and remedial costs associated. Annual audits can protect against significant, unexpected operational costs.
Hazardous Area
Comprehensive design / supply / installation / commission / maintenance service offered for all hazardous area applications, designs undertaken to ensure system compliance under European and International standards.

Drawing & Documentation

Thermal Insulation
A fundamental part of any trace heating system- best specifications can be demonstrated to optimise overall trace heating system cost and efficiency. Delta `T`s experience in partnering with several key thermal insulation contractors offers complete flexibility to ensure a total integrated system package can be provided to the end client.
Temperature Measurement
Our services include design, supply, installation and maintenance of specialist Mineral Insulated thermocouple and RTD high temperature measurement systems.

Surveys
Undertaken at any plant / site and on any system. Our independence allows us to survey each system and offer a diagnostic report identifying any areas requiring remedial actions. We work closely with clients to maximise system operational status, aligned with budget constraints.
Maintenance Contracts
Fixed cost contracts giving peace of mind and safeguarding budgets against incremental annual cost increases. Ensures a reliable system and avoids unexpected downtime costs. Contracts are either fixed for 3 or 4 years, incorporating annual surveys and fixed labour and material costs.
Engineering
Our engineering resources enable us to receive enquiries in various formats including 3D models through web based downloads as appropriate. We engineer each application / system individually and ensure the client fully understands our proposal, demonstrating how we have understood the requirements. Value added engineering is key to all our system offers. Engineering each system allows us to consider critical plant criteria such as: overall circuit lengths, long term life expectancy, system reliability, energy efficiency, control and monitoring and ease of maintenance.
Control & Monitoring
Critical to any system operation, we work closley with clients to understand site requirements and consider budget constraints. This can include simple thermostatic control through to bespoke micro processor based trace heating monitoring systems and multi-circuit PLC systems to integrate with plant controls via SCADA, ethernet, fibre optic and RS485 protocols.

Power Cabling & Electrical Distribution
It is important that the design and installation of associated major interfaces are accommodated correctly. Delta `T` are experienced in both design and installation of packages to best suit the particular contractual requirements of the client and minimise interface management.
